About Structure Design
Ruijie up-suction magnetic drum separator mainly consist feed inlet, iron outlet,non-iron outlet, motor, reducer, magnetic roller, adjusting device, ect. The adjusting device can regulate the up and down displacements of the magnetic region.
The top cover is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2mm, offering strong anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties.
The motor is from a well-known domestic brand, ensuring stability and durability.
The main body is constructed with 4mm thick 201 stainless steel plates, providing enhanced rust resistance, corrosion resistance, and durability.
Water pocket on both sides prevent water from splashing out.
The feed inlet has a height-limiting baffle to prevent oversized materials from entering, effectively avoiding drum jams.
The transmission system uses a 16A sprocket structure, ensuring stable operation, long service life, and very low replacement frequency.
