Working Principle of the Screw Conveyor

Durable Screw conveyor is a conveying machine that utilizes rotating blades to transport materials. The durable screw conveyor works by rotating a screw blade to push material through a screw conveyor.

When the screw shaft rotates, due to the gravity of the material and the friction generated between the material and the tank wall, the material can only move forward along the bottom of the conveyor tank under the push of the blade, as if the non-rotating nut moves in a translational motion along a rotating screw. The main forward force on the material is the force from the screw blade in the axial rotation, which moves the material up and forward along the tangential direction of the blade.

The warranty period is 1 year, calculated from the date the equipment arrives at the buyer’s site; Consumables, vulnerable parts, and damage caused by improper operation are not covered by the warranty.

4. Which payment terms are available to us?

We accept T/T terms or L/C terms. A 50% down payment is reguired in advance, and the 50% balance shall be setled before shipment；Under L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable L/C without ‘soft clauses’ can be accepted.

5. Does it support test machine with incoming materials?

Yes, of course. You can bring the materials to the factory for testing in person, or you can mail the materials. We will test the materials according to your needs and provide you with the data information and on-site video after testing.
