Our project is located in Haikou City, Hainan Province, and our engineers have gone through a series of operations such as plant design, plant construction, machine installation, etc., and in January 2024 this year, the construction waste sorting line will be officially put into operation.

What is Construction Waste?
Construction waste refers to the muck, spoil, discard, sludge and other wastes generated in the process of construction, laying or demolition and repair of various buildings, structures and pipe networks by construction and construction units or individuals.
Turn Trash Into Treasure
The staff operates the machinery to put the construction waste into the mixed waste sorting production line, and soon the mixed waste such as residual bricks, concrete blocks, woven bags, and waste wood enters the charging port, and then enters the classification area of wood boards, plastics, brick slag, etc. after 3D screening.
These screened different garbage, after manual sorting again, and then enter different supporting crushing, compression and other equipment, into recycled aggregates, stone powder, biomass pellets and other recycled building materials raw materials.

Our client, Hainan ChangRon Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. head Mr. Kwong said：Before the introduction of automated screening production equipment, the construction waste disposal site can only rely on manual screening treatment, the processing speed is slow, and the production environment is poor, and the construction waste shipped back is often piled up.
Since the automatic screening production equipment was put into use in January this year, decoration waste, garden waste, construction waste and other large waste, after mechanical and artificial subdivision, into slag, light matter, wood, hard plastic, metal, brick slag six categories.
At present, the utilization rate of renewable resources has reached 80%, the utilization rate of construction waste has reached 100%, and the utilization rate of garden waste has reached more than 90%.
Construction Waste Is “Transformed” Into Various Types Of Recycled Building Materials
The brick slag and sand after the screening of decoration waste can be turned into recycled aggregate, which is used for the cushion of highways and the production of environmentally friendly bricks;
After the wood board is crushed, it can be made into boiler fuel rods;
Yard waste can be used for biomass power generation, composting;
Decoration mixed garbage, after being “transformed” again, can become environmentally friendly bricks, laminated boards, stair boards, etc.
