What Should be Paid Attention to Equipment Installation

After the completion of the factory building construction, the installation of IAB sorting machines is of great importance. There are some instructions should be paid attention to, we take part of the equipment for sample:

• Eddy current separator: Given that each IBA project has different requirements for processing materials and discharging materials, Ruijie has specially designed a six-direction adjustable material distribution device that can be adjusted flexibly according to material characteristics and expected effects. It is mainly used for the separation of large and small aluminum.

• Wet magnetic separator and up – suction magnetic separator: They are designed with the function of adjustable magnetic angle to control the size of the materials to be processed.
• Permanent magnetic separator: It is fixed with bolts through the footplates and the steel frames on both sides of the shaking table. The height between the belt and the shaking table can be adjusted by means of the height of the steel frame.
• Electromagnetic overband separator: It is suspended on the production line with steel wires and is controlled and started by the equipped electrical cabinet, eliminating the need for dedicated personnel to be on duty 24 hours a day.
• Jig Concentrator: It needs to be installed on concrete and fixed with anchor bolts to ensure that the main body of the jig Separator remains horizontal without tilting, so as to ensure safe and stable operation.
• Screw conveyor: If it is used to convey materials with a high water content, it is recommended to install it at an angle with the inclined cover kept horizontal.
